It’s been a while since I have posted or written anything. I am still around but have had quite a couple of years! I am sure between Covid and the state of the world we have all had setbacks.
The other part of my absence has been due to our building a house. Do it they said! It’ll be fun they said! First of all, WHO are THEY? Seriously!!!! This has been an adventure I would never take on again. I don’t know how people house flip and think it’s fun. In either case, we should be in by February. Meanwhile I have been living at the beach in a mobile that was designated to be for summer and weekends. This place has gotten awfully tight and small over the past 2 years. I am fortunate, at least I have a roof over my head, a warm bed, and food in the cupboard.
Stay tuned………I am going to get back to it at the beginning of January with cooking videos and reels and some pretty good recipes. I hope I can lure you back to my website when the time comes.
Anyway, I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I look forward to getting busy again cooking and crafting.
